201-896-4100 info@sh-law.comRed Bank, NJ – September 17, 2019 – Ashley Brinn, a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Business Law Section and Commercial Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use practice groups was recently appointed to serve on the French American Chamber of Commerce (FACC) Board of Directors. Ms. Brinn will serve a two-year term from 2019-2021.
“It is a great pleasure to have been elected to serve on the FACC’s Board of Directors. The entirety of my undergraduate career was spent immersed in the culture and study of France, so to be able to play a meaningful role in the continued development of economic relations between the United States and France is a dream,” stated Ms. Brinn. “I look forward to taking part in a productive, enriching term.”
As a member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Brinn will work to further the mission of the FACC, which is to foster a thriving economic relationship between the United States and France and to welcome and support French businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. She will work alongside various French and U.S. governmental and economic agencies, diplomatic and consular agents, and other associations in France and the U.S. that pursue similar goals to realize this mission.

About Ashley Brinn
Ashley Brinn is a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Environmental & Land Use and Corporate Transactions & Business Law practice groups. She also has extensive experience handling a wide range of matters related to Land Use, Regulatory Law, Corporate Law and Commercial Litigation. Prior to joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Ms. Brinn was associated with the Atlantic City, NJ office of a prominent national law firm where she focused her practice on Corporate Law with a special emphasis on the gaming industry.
