Scarinci’s Constitutional Law Reporter blog ranked #54 out of 100 blogs selected.
Launched pro-bono by Scarinci in 2011, the Constitutional Law Reporter is an educational website dedicated to constitutional law. It features the full U.S. Constitution, landmark Supreme Court cases, biographies of Supreme Court justices, discussions of current cases before the Court, and much more.
“The Constitutional Law Reporter is intended to make constitutional law and Supreme Court decisions accessible to the public, particularly students,” said Scarinci. “I am proud that it continues to be recognized as an important legal resource.”

Donald Scarinci is the Founding Partner of Scarinci Hollenbeck who is well known for his work in Municipal Law, School Law, Business, and Health Care law. He has represented some of the largest municipalities and counties in New Jersey, as well as numerous planning and zoning boards, economic development authorities, school boards, utility authorities, colleges, hospitals and other public entities at all levels of municipal, county, regional and state government.
In addition to his work on the Constitutional Law Reporter, Donald writes and lectures extensively about municipal law and edits the award-winning, Government & Law blog. It was recently named to Feedspot’s list of the “80 Best New Jersey Blogs and Websites in 2025.”
