Scarinci Hollenbeck Continues Expansion of its Global Tax, Trusts and Estates Law Practice Group with Addition of Three Seasoned Tax Attorneys

Lyndhurst, New Jersey, December 14, 2016 – Scarinci Hollenbeck is pleased to announce the expansion of its highly sophisticated Tax, Trust and Estates Law Group with three seasoned tax attorneys. Joining the firm are Counsel Harvey Poe and Senior Associate Amy Van Fossen. Jeffrey Pittard joined as Counsel in November. The addition of the three, who came from Starr Gern Davison & Rubin, adds additional depth to Scarinci Hollenbeck’s sophisticated domestic and international tax and estates team. All of the new attorneys have LL.M. degrees in Taxation, and worked closely together under the direction of Mr. Poe at their former firm.

For the last 40 years, Harvey Poe has enjoyed a high-profile career advising clients on tax and estate matters. He is also an author and lecturer. Mr. Poe, Ms. Van Fossen and Mr. Pittard bring solid experience in representing clients in tax disputes with federal and state taxing authorities, as well as in assisting high net worth individuals in all areas of estate and wealth preservation and tax planning. They have also handled many federal and state civil tax matters for individuals, including helping to settle IRS tax claims.
