Todd Terhune to be Panelist at Remedial Action Permit Application Training Workshop

Todd Terhune, a Scarinci Hollenbeck partner and Chair of the firm’s Brownfields Infrastructure Group will be among the panelists at special half-day workshop entitled “Remedial Action Permit Application Training” to be held on November 9, 2015. Presented by the Site Remediation Industry Network (SRIN) in collaboration with The Chemistry Council of New Jersey (CCNJ) and the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSPRA), the workshop will cover many areas of interest to environmental consultants and responsible parties (RPs) including an overview of procedures and guidelines for completing permit forms, common issues, administrative and technical deficiencies cited by the NJDEP. Terhune will be part of the legal panel focusing on issues specific to pre-Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) cases and new LSRP cases.
