John M. Scagnelli to Present “Third-Party Reliance & LSRP Liability” Course as Part of LSRPA Workshop Series
On Thursday, January 19, 2023, Partner & Chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Environmental and Land Use group, John M. Scagnelli, will present a virtual Continuing Education course entitled, “Third Party Reliance & LSRP Liability”. The course is session 1 of 3 as part of the Aspiring Professionals Workshop Series hosted by the NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSRPA).
During his presentation, Mr. Scagnelli will discuss the topic of LSRP liability for Aspiring Professionals. Through the discussion, the best practices for LSRP Legal and Contract Issues, Contract Terms and Conditions, Records Retention for LSRPs, and Due Diligence/Reliance will be reviewed. A short hybrid networking/question and answer period will follow the presentation.
John Scagnelli’s environmental law practice covers the entire environmental law field, including environmental compliance, environmental litigation, environmental auditing, environmental permitting and environmental counseling. Mr. Scagnelli has had extensive legal experience servicing law firms, businesses and public entities. He serves as environmental counsel for banks and lending institutions, commercial and industrial companies, states and municipalities, real estate development organizations, and other organizations.
