Ronald S. Bienstock, Scarinci Hollenbeck partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Entertainment, Media & Sports practice will be among the panelists at Rutgers Law Review’s annual symposium. This year’s event will take place on Thursday, April 20th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The panel will discuss a variety of pressing issues and legal developments in entertainment, intellectual property, and business law, including the circuit split regarding copyright infringement with sound recordings and what business implications this decision has for the industry.
