New Jersey Environmental Attorney Dan McKillop to Present “Eggs & Issues: Lower Hackensack River Superfund Designation” During Meadowlands Chamber Event

“Eggs & Issues: Lower Hackensack River Superfund Designation” Discussion

On Thursday, June 1, 2023, Environmental Attorney Dan McKillop will present “Eggs & Issues: Lower Hackensack River Superfund Designation” during an event hosted by the Meadowlands Chamber. 

Mr. McKillop will be joined by Paul McAndrew of Langon Engineering and Michael Sivak, Section Chief of the Meadowlands Chamber and Remedial and Community Project Manager from the EPA. During the event, the trio will discuss the impacts of the recent federal designation for the Lower Hackensack River as a Superfund site. The “Superfund” designation is reserved for the most heavily polluted sites across the country. This discussion is an opportunity to learn more about the Superfund site designation process, the cleanup timeline involved, how to assess your business’ potential liability, and more.
