On Tuesday, February 9th, 2021, Scarinci Hollenbeck Environmental & Land Use Partner, John M. Scagnelli, will be serving as an instructor in an ethics course held at the 2021 NJ Site Remediation Virtual Conference. The two-day conference is hosted by the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSRPA) and will feature Mr. Scagnelli and numerous professionals in the area of environmental law conducting informational courses for attendees.
The virtual course Mr. Scagnelli will instruct is entitled “LSRP Ethics”, which will take place from 8:15 AM until 11:45 AM. The course will provide a review of both the general and professional ethical fundamentals in addition to the Site Remediation Reform Act’s Code of Conduct. The course examines business practices versus the standard of care. Case studies and a panel discussion with various stakeholder viewpoints represented will occur.
