Scarinci Hollenbeck Partner Sean D. Dias will be among the distinguished panelists at the NJICLE 2016 Administrative Law Forum: Managing Expectations at the OAL. Mr. Dias and his co-panelists will discuss “The Dos and Don’ts of Civil Service Discipline Cases.” This annual gathering of Administrative Law Judges and some of New Jersey’s top practitioners will take place on Tuesday, April 5 from 9:00AM – 3:00PM at the New Jersey Center in New Brunswick. Attendees will earn up to 5.7 CLE credits.
The day will be filled with informative presentations and panel discussions presented by Administrative Law Judges and authoritative practitioners who will address a wide range of issues faced by attorneys when presenting matters before the Office of Administrative Law. Topics will include Streamlining Due Process Cases, Litigating Civil Service and Disciplinary Cases, and Pension Eligibility Calculation.

Dias has extensive experience representing private and public sector clients from the perspective of management on a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including claims Under State and Federal laws pertaining to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, employee leaves, disability, wage and hour violations, charges of unfair labor practices, restrictive covenants and employee terminations and disciplinary actions.
