On Saturday, April 2, 2022, Partner and Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Entertainment law practice groups, Ron Bienstock, will be a part of the CLE panel, “Avoiding Legal Pitfalls in Indie Filmmaking” during the 20th annual Garden State Film Festival. The CLE, hosted by the NJSBA, will explore the legal requirements to ensure a filmmaker does not undermine the sale of his or her film, acquiring rights, drafting contracts, work for hire agreements, permits, navigating post-production insurance issues, and more.
