On Monday, June 14, 2021, Scarinci Hollenbeck Partner, Trustee and Chair of the NJSBA Bankruptcy Law section, David Edelberg, will be presenting as part of an afternoon webcast entitled, “Advanced Collection Practices and Bankruptcy Implications: Part 3”. The webcast will be hosted by NJICLE in collaboration with the NJSBA Banking Law & Bankruptcy Law sections.

The NJICLE webcast will feature presentations from several attorneys in the bankruptcy and banking law sector. Mr. Edelberg will open the webcast sharing a presentation entitled “Pursuit and Enforcement of the Fraudulent Transfers/Conveyances“ followed by an additional presentation, “The Involuntary Bankruptcy – A Collection Tool and Pitfalls To Be Aware of”, in the afternoon.
