Levy, a partner and chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Litigation Group was recently advised by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Board on Attorney Certification that it has approved his recertification as Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Levy holds the distinction of being one of less than 40 attorneys in the State of New Jersey to have both Criminal Trial and Civil Trial Certifications.
Mr. Levy stated that “I strongly support the Supreme Court’s trial certification program. The requirements raise the bar for litigation practitioners providing clients with unparalleled representation before both the federal and state courts.”

Scarinci Hollenbeck is pleased to announce that retired Superior Court Judge, Ronald Lee Reisner, J.S.C. (Ret.), has been selected to be on the Board of Trustees of the U.S. Attorney’s Office Alumni Association for the District of New Jersey. Judge Reisner, who joined the firm after serving fifteen years as a Superior Court Judge in Monmouth County, is also a Trustee for HABcore, Inc. HABcore is a charitable organization which provides permanent and supportive housing for homeless veterans, families and individuals with special needs.
