Environmental Attorney Panelists at Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast

John M. Scagnelli, Scarinci Hollenbeck Partner and Chair of the firm’s Environmental and Land Use Group, will be among the panelists at a Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE) Program and Resource Fair. Entitled “Resources to Jumpstart Your Vacant Property Redevelopment,” the Program will be held at the Mott MacDonald Training Facility in South Iselin, New Jersey on July 19, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Mr. Scagnelli and other panelists will discuss New Jersey incentives for sustainable development, to help owners of vacant and contaminated properties find redevelopment solutions.

The panel will share information on incentives for sustainable development, how to use the marketplace to drive redevelopment, new financial tools, insurance products, as well as other risk management instruments, recent court decisions and the advancements in cleanup methods and technology that impact the brownfield remediation and redevelopment industries.
