USA Today Asks NJ Cyber Attorney Fernando Pinguelo to Weigh in on Lindsey Vonn Leaked Photos Scandal

In USA Today, New Jersey cyber lawyer Fernando M. Pinguelo weighs in on legal implications surrounding the recent leak of personal photos of Olympian Lindsey Vonn with former boyfriend Tiger Woods, including what it could it mean to “prosecute to the fullest extent under the law.”

Pinguelo is Chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Cyber Security & Data Protection and Crisis and Risk Management groups, where he leads teams of attorneys and technical professionals focused on data breach response and complex lawsuits involving electronic information and data security and privacy.
