201-896-4100 info@sh-law.comOn Wednesday, March 23rd, 2022, Scarinci Hollenbeck Partner David Edelberg will present “How to Leverage New Bankruptcy Laws for Small and Mid-Sized Businesses” in a hybrid event hosted in collaboration between the firm and the Meadowlands Chamber. The event is part of the Small Business Council Webinar Series, a monthly meeting for members of the Meadowlands Chamber’s Small Business Council that addresses topics of interest to small business owners & executives.
During the webinar, Mr. Edelberg will discuss the recent changes in bankruptcy law, the incentives available to small businesses recovering from COVID-19 losses, and how to plan ahead for 2022. In addition, the webinar will cover restructuring options when debts become overwhelming and small business bankruptcy, including subchapter V and chapter 11 reorganization.
