Scarinci Hollenbeck congratulates Joseph W. Oxley, our partner, colleague, and friend, on his appointment as a Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Joe has been with Scarinci Hollenbeck since 2008 and has been a vital member of our Crisis Management and Public Law groups. His contributions to the firm have been immeasurable. We sincerely wish him the best of luck in his new position.
