Sponsored by the Privacy Law Committee along with co-sponsors Women in the Profession, Federal Practice Committee and Young Lawyers Division, participants will have the opportunity learn more about the technical aspects of data analytics in a way that is easy to understand. Topics include an explanation of how advanced analytics can help normalize unstructured data for use in litigations or investigations. Data sources include Mobile devices (SMS, MMS, various chat formats, emails, email (coming from cloud, locally stored) and other social data including LinkedIn and Facebook.
