Scagnelli, Partner and Chair of the Scarinci Hollenbeck Environmental & Land Use Law Group, and a Member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association (LSRPA), will be an Instructor at LSRPA’s Ethics Course for New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) to be held on March 8, 2017 at the Rutgers EcoComplex in Bordentown, New Jersey.

Mr. Scagnelli’s presentation will include a discussion of ethics issues relating to LSRP retention by clients and responsibilities in their handling of remediation cases.
