The Passing of David A. Einhorn

Scarinci Hollenbeck is saddened to report the passing of David A. Einhorn, who has been with the firm since 2017 as Partner. Mr. Einhorn was Chair of the firm’s Technology Law practice group and played a key role in representing the firm’s clients in prominent and precedent-setting intellectual property cases.

Mr. Einhorn’s legal career spanned over 30 years. Notably, outside of his legal practice, Mr. Einhorn was a Lieutenant Colonel JAG (Judge Advocate General) officer for the NY Guard. He was part of the rescue efforts after the 9/11 attacks for which he was awarded the Defense of Liberty Medal.

Mr. Einhorn is survived by his wife LeAnne and his two daughters.
