Inez Neto is the Human Resources and Payroll Manager at Scarinci Hollenbeck, where she supports the firm’s attorneys and staff across a broad range of HR and employee relations initiatives. With a background spanning human resources, payroll, employee relations, and talent management, Inez is committed to creating a workplace where employees can succeed and organizations can thrive.

Inez holds a master’s degree in human resources from Georgetown University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is passionate about developing people, strengthening organizational culture, and aligning HR practices with business goals.
