Nicholas J. Pellegrino focuses his practice on various aspects of Intellectual Property ranging from registration of trademarks to the drafting, structuring and negotiating of contracts and licenses. Additionally, Mr. Pellegrino provides strategic insight to clients on business strategies related to their intellectual property portfolios and provide litigation support for IP disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Mr. Pellegrino is also a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Public Law practice group. Mr. Pellegrino regularly represents municipalities and boards of education throughout the State of New Jersey in various matters related to Public Law, including Labor & Employment and Education Law. Mr. Pellegrino also has experience handling matters related to Litigation, Corporate Transactions & Business and Intellectual Property.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pellegrino served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa M. Vignuolo, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division in New Brunswick, NJ.
Nicholas earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, NJ. During his time in law school, Mr. Pellegrino served as a law clerk in the law offices of Scarinci Hollenbeck, where his work was primarily focused on handling matters related to Corporate Transactions & Business, Labor & Employment, Intellectual Property and Cybersecurity. Nicholas earned his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, where he majored in Mathematics.
