Adino “A.J.” Barbarito is a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Public Law practice group. Mr. Barbarito focuses his practice on the representation of municipalities and boards of education throughout the State of New Jersey in various matters related to Public Law, including Labor & Employment and Education Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Barbarito served as a law clerk to the Honorable Amy O’Connor, J.A.D. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division in Morristown, NJ. Mr. Barbarito has also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Christine Vanek, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part, in Jersey City, NJ.
Adino earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, NJ, with a concentration in Health Law. During his time in law school, Mr. Barbarito served as a legal intern for the Honorable Stuart Rabner, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey in Passaic, NJ. He also served as a student attorney in the Impact Litigation Clinic in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice in Newark, NJ. Additionally, Mr. Barbarito served as an Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.
Adino earned his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR, where he majored in Liberal Studies: Critical Thinking and Analysis.
