Back by popular demand, Todd Terhune, a Scarinci Hollenbeck partner and Chair of the firm’s Brownfields and Infrastructure Group will be a panelist at a special half-day workshop entitled “Remedial Action Permit Application Training”.

Back by popular demand, Todd Terhune, a Scarinci Hollenbeck partner and Chair of the firm’s Brownfields and Infrastructure Group will be a panelist at a special half-day workshop entitled “Remedial Action Permit Application Training”.

The panel is to be held on May 18, 2016, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Rutgers EcoComplex in Bordentown, New Jersey. Presented by the Site Remediation Industry Network (SRIN) in collaboration with The Chemistry Council of New Jersey (CCNJ) and the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSPRA), the workshop will cover many areas of interest to environmental consultants and responsible parties (RPs) including an overview of procedures and guidelines for completing permit application forms, common practical and legal issues, and administrative and technical deficiencies cited by the NJDEP.
