Lyndhurst, New Jersey, March 5, 2018 – Roshan D. Shah, Counsel of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Litigation practice group, will be speaking on a panel entitled, “Gun Control in America: a Divisive Debate”. The panel, hosted by TV Asia and the South Asian Bar Association, will feature several panelists discussing the issue of gun control in the United States.

During his employment with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Mr. Shah represented state officials in several lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of New Jersey’s gun control laws. Since entering private practice, he has been an advocate for gun owners. Mr. Shah will represent the views of gun rights advocates and Second Amendment supporters.

“I look forward to being part of this panel and bringing much-needed balance to the gun control debate, which too often conflates the law-abiding gun owner with the criminal miscreant,” said Mr. Shah.
