Scagnelli, Esq., Chair of the Environmental & Land Use Law Group at Scarinci Hollenbeck (www.sh-law.com), and Environmental Counsel for the New Jersey State League of Municipalities, will be speaking on January 19, 2017 at the League of Municipalities’ Webinar Program, “Brownfield Funding Sources: A Look at Where to Find Them and How to Utilize Them.” The program will discuss available New Jersey and Federal sources of funding for Brownfields projects, such as the Hazardous Site Discharge Remediation Fund (HDSRF), Environmental Infrastructure trust (EIT), and other sources, and explain how municipalities should utilize these funds. This webinar will also discuss how municipalities can structure their Brownfields projects to take advantage of these funding opportunities and related legal liability considerations.
