Lyndhurst, New Jersey, December 7, 2016 – Scarinci Hollenbeck is pleased to announce that it has continued to grow with the addition of Counsel Jeffrey K. Cassin to the firm’s Corporate Transactions/Business law group. Mr. Cassin will be based at the firm’s Lyndhurst and New York City offices. He brings solid experience to the firm in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Business Transactions and Corporate Law.
Before joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Mr. Cassin was associated with an established New York City corporate boutique law firm, where he gained solid experience in, among other things, representing both buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions of all types and sizes, including asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, strategic alliances, joint ventures, leveraged buy-outs, spin-offs, recapitalizations and reorganizations.

Mr. Cassin earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University. During law school, he was Supervising Editor of the Cardozo Public Law, Policy, and Ethics Journal.
