Mr. Pellegrino joined the firm in September after completing a judicial clerkship for the Hon. Lisa M. Vignuolo, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Prior to that, while in law school, Mr. Pellegrino worked as a law clerk in the law offices of Bienstock & Michael, LLC. Mr. Pellegrino continued to work with the attorneys from Bienstock & Michael after they joined Scarinci Hollenbeck in the summer of 2016.
“We had already known of Nick’s prodigious skills when Nick was working for us at Bienstock & Michael as a law clerk. Now that his judicial clerkship is over, we are happy to have him on board with us in our Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law group,” stated Ronald S. Bienstock, Partner and Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law groups.
Mr. Pellegrino will expand his practice to focus on various aspects of Intellectual Property ranging from registration of trademarks to the drafting, structuring and negotiating of contracts and licenses. Additionally, Mr. Pellegrino will provide strategic insight to clients on business strategies related to their intellectual property portfolios and provide litigation support for IP disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
“Having always wanted to practice IP, it is difficult for me to express just how thrilled I am to be making this transition. To be able to work with and learn from a team such as this is an honor, to say the least,” remarked Mr. Pellegrino.
Mr. Pellegrino is also a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Labor & Employment group, serving clients in both the private and public sector.

Mr. Pellegrino’s transition comes just weeks before the 2019 edition of the NAMM Show, which takes place in Anaheim, California from January 24th to 27th. Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Entertainment Law group will be among the various professionals from all ends of the music and entertainment industry in attendance.
