Lyndhurst, NJ | Donald Scarinci, Managing partner of Scarinci Hollenbeck, is pleased to announce the official release of the law firm’s “Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights” blog. The blog will be accessible via the internet, allowing companies and individuals to obtain pertinent information on important insolvency topics provided by the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Chair, Joel R. Glucksman.

According to Glucksman, “Blog readers will have access to some of the most current information about bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and they will have the ability to interact with our team of lawyers through the web site’s twitter feed, video and dialog box which distinguishes this blog from others on the topic.”

The blog has been created to complement the launch of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s new website on January 26th, which will also incorporate blogs associated with other law groups at Scarinci Hollenbeck. Scarinci said, “The Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights’ blog is one component of the law firm’s new integrated social media web site design, which is being rolled out in January to coincide with the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce’s 75th annual Walk to Washington on January 26, 2012.” The firm has already launched its Tax, Estate & Trust blog, which is available at http://www.taxtrustestatenews.com.
