Red Bank, N.J – September 27, 2016 – Fernando Pinguelo, Scarinci Hollenbeck (www.sh-law.com) Partner and Chair of the firm’s Cyber Security & Data Protection and eDiscovery groups will moderate and speak at a special CLE symposium Cyber Security & Privacy Law. The seminar will take place on September 29, 2016, at the New Jersey ICLE Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This panel discussion will explore a variety of privacy issues. Together with the other distinguished panelists, Pinguelo will discuss a broad range of privacy laws that impact businesses, including privacy relating to the financial industry, employment and workplace, the health industry (including HIPAA), and the government’s ability to track you without a search warrant.
