Samuels, has been appointed Secretary-Elect of the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA’s) Intellectual Property (“IP”) Law section. The NYSBA’s IP Law section introduces members to the constantly changing areas of Intellectual Property Law ranging from patents to trademarks to licensing to copyrights and beyond. The section also provides educational programs, panels and more for attorneys, law students and non-lawyer members of the business community alike.
