Daniel T. McKillop to Speak at “An Introduction to New Jersey Environmental Law” NJICLE Event

On Wednesday, October 2, 2019, Scarinci Hollenbeck Counsel Daniel T. McKillop, will be speaking as part of an NJICLE program entitled “An Introduction to New Jersey Environmental Law”. Organized by the NJSBA, the program is designed to provide non-environmental attorneys with an overview of various aspects of Environmental Law. The program will feature nine professionals from different areas of the industry who will lead discussions on matters related to both state and federal environmental regulations, relevant protocols for managing those regulations, key enforcement issues, and much more.

The NJICLE program will be held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2019 from 9 AM until 4:30 PM. Those who cannot attend will have the opportunity to view the event online. Attendees and online viewers will have the opportunity to attain 7.9 NJ CLE credits.

About Daniel T. McKillop

Daniel T. McKillop has nearly twenty years of experience representing corporate and individual clients in complex environmental litigations and regulatory proceedings before state and federal courts and environmental agencies arising under numerous state and federal statutes, including ISRA, the Spill Act, RCRA, CERCLA/Superfund, the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act. Mr. McKillop’s expertise within the environmental field also includes federal and state Hazard Communication and Right-to-Know requirements, occupational safety and health issues, asbestos requirements, and underground storage tank regulations.  He is also well-versed in issues pertaining to environmental permitting, environmental auditing, environmental insurance, and the environmental aspects of commercial real estate and business transactions.
