On Wednesday, April 24, 2019, Raymond M. Brown, described by NJICLE as an International Law expert, will be joining Emmy-nominated filmmaker Joshua Greene in a presentation of Mr. Greene’s documentary, “Hitler’s Courts”. According to NJICLE, the documentary features archival footage from the Nazi era, rare photographs, and interviews with various leading voices in international law, including Mr. Brown himself. Following the screening of Mr. Greene’s documentary, Mr. Brown and Mr. Greene will examine the perversion of the courts under Nazi rule and discuss how distinguished lawmakers of the day were capable of being complicit in one of history’s most egregious mass murders. The goal of the event is to gain a new perspective that highlights the fragility of democracy in the modern world.

The event will be held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ and attendees have the opportunity to attain four NJ CLE credits. To learn more about “Hitler’s Courts: the Betrayal of the Rule of Law in Nazi Germany”, please head over to:
