We are looking for a high-energy attorney to join our highly regarded Commercial Real Estate section; this position may be based out of our Red Bank office.

Our ideal candidates will possess 3 – 4 years of high-level transactional commercial real estate experience, including the following:

  • Purchase and sale agreements
  • Closings
  • Easements
  • Planning and zoning board appearances
  • Successful project management  
  • Experience with land use applications strongly preferred
  • Leasing and financing experience a plus.
