Immediate opportunity available to join Scarinci Hollenbeck as Counsel with the Business Law section.  Collaborate with one of New Jersey’s premier corporate practices alongside tenured professionals specializing in a nationally recognized, full-service and sophisticated transactional practice.

To be considered for this position, prior experience of 5+ years in general corporate/securities matters, including drafting, negotiating and counseling clients on private placements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and corporate governance documentation is required.     A minimum of $50K in portable business is preferred.
