Stephanie D. Edelstein is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. Ms. Edelstein has over a decade of experience handling a wide range of transactional real estate matters in both the public and private sector. Throughout her career, Ms. Edelstein has represented a variety of clients including sponsors, purchasers, and sellers (both individuals and corporate entities), banks and lenders.
Ms. Edelstein also has experience representing investors and developers on acquisitions and disposition of commercial portfolios and individual properties on a national scale. These properties include multi-family communities, prominent hotels, office developments, mixed-use buildings, and much more. Prior to joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Ms. Edelstein was associated with a New York, NY law firm where she focused her practice on commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions, mortgage lending, and leasing matters.
Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. She earned her undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where she majored in Criminal Justice.
