Jason Mushnick represents and counsels clients on a variety of complex commercial and civil litigation matters. He devotes a significant portion of his practice to working with private and public sector clients on both state and federal labor and employment issues. Jason also handles intellectual property matters, as well as general business transactions and disputes.
Before joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Jason was a Judicial Law Clerk for two Hudson County Superior Court, Civil Division Judges: The Hon. Joseph A. Turula, J.S.C. and the Hon. Christine M. Vanek, J.S.C.
Jason received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014, where he was a student bar association senator and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. While in law school, he interned for the Hon. Esther Salas, U.S.D.J. and the Hon. Lawrence M. Maron, J.S.C. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Law and Entrepreneurship from Boston University School of Management in 2009. Between college and law school, Jason was the Director of Business Development at El Toro Interactive, an SEO marketing agency based in North Carolina.
Jason is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment law group.
