Eleanor represents clients in defense of claims involving discrimination, retaliation, misclassification and whistleblowing, as well as disputes involving data privacy and security, wrongful discharge, restrictive covenant, breach of contract and other employment related matters.

Biography

Eleanor counsels clients on the preparation and administration of human resources policies. Eleanor also advises unionized employers on collective bargaining issues and compliance with contracts. Eleanor also has a wide variety of experience representing clients in disputes involving cyber security investigations, data breaches, online defamation and freedom of speech litigation.

Eleanor graduated  magna cum laude, where she double- majored in Economics and Sociology, with a minor in Russian & Slavic Studies. At Fordham Law School, Eleanor served as a Notes and Articles Editor of the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and participated in the Securities Arbitration Clinic.”

Eleanor is fluent in Russian, conversant in French and learning Italian.
