Adrian Lee devotes his practice to counseling corporate and individual clients in all aspects of Corporate and Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Lee is engaged in a diverse transactional practice, working with clients across a broad range of industries. His clients include musicians, songwriters, independent artists, creatives, producers, investors, managers, lifestyle brand companies, musical instrument and audio equipment companies, and motion picture and new media productions. In addition, Mr. Lee handles intellectual property procurement, protection, and enforcement, and provides strategic insight to clients on business strategies related to their intellectual property portfolios. Mr. Lee also provides litigation support regarding business and intellectual property disputes in state and federal courts and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings.
While attending law school, Mr. Lee was an associate of New York Law School's Institute for Information Law and Policy for Intellectual Property. During that period, Mr. Lee also worked in business and legal affairs at Viacom Media Networks. At Viacom, he prepared agreements and licenses on behalf of MTV, mtvU, and VH1 programming services related to production, talent, and affiliate sales, and participated in the review of trademark and copyright infringement and rights and clearance issues
