Zachary Klein is a member of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s intellectual property and corporate transactions & business law practice groups who primarily focuses his practice on handling a wide variety of IP matters. These include IP procurement & enforcement, licensing, enforcement of domestic and foreign trademarks, filings of copyrights & trademarks, and much more. Additionally, Mr. Klein provides strategic insight to clients on business strategies related to their intellectual property portfolios and provides litigation support for IP disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Mr. Klein has been a part of the firm since March 2018, when he began as a summer law clerk supporting the firm’s IP practice group. He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School with a corporate and business law certificate. He earned his undergraduate degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, earning a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering as well as a B.A. in Music Technology.
