As Human Resources Manager, Tina’s job responsibilities include:
- Firm-wide activities and event-planning
- Time and Attendance Management
- Oversight of non-legal staff for the firm’s Red Bank office
Immediately before coming to Scarinci Hollenbeck, Tina was bookkeeper to the owner of a management company where she was charged with managing the bookkeeping and finances for 15+ small businesses. Prior to that, she was part of the Sales and Marketing Team for Doosan Infracore, an international manufacturing company. Tina has also managed the Human Resources department of Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, the customer service provider for the New York Times.
Tina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in education at Villanova University.
