Robbin M. Jordan, Director, Human Capital, is responsible for assessing, managing and improving initiatives relating to the firm’s human resources. She works alongside the firm’s Managing Partner and Executive Director on a variety of HR-related matters including talent management, compensation, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, compliance and much more.

Ms. Jordan has over twenty-five years of experience in human resources, serving in a HR management or consultant role for companies in several industries including law, insurance, facility management, and non-profits. Ms. Jordan is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, is a certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and earned an ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate from Long Island University.
