Environmental Attorney Large Bergen County law firm with an established and diversified regional environmental and land use law practice seeks an experienced environmental litigation attorney with a minimum of six (6) years experience to work in its Environmental and Land Use Law Group. Applicants should have substantial environmental litigation experience, including discovery, motions, and trials before the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) and New Jersey Federal and State Courts. In addition to working on litigation matters, the attorney will work on environmental regulatory and transactional matters, site remediation and environmental and related land use permitting.
