  • Banking & Finance Transactional Attorney

    Start Date: Immediate

    Duration: Full-Time; Monday-Friday 9:00A.M-5:00P.M.

    Location: Lyndhurst, New Jersey

    Position Type: Senior Associate

    Position Description:

    We are looking for a high-energy attorney with 3 – 6 years’ experience in banking / financing and contractual agreements to join our Transactional / Business Law team as a Senior Associate.  Our ideal candidate must have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating (including as a lead negotiator) commercial lending agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, and procurement agreements.  An IP background is a plus.  We require excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Word.

  • Legal Assistant

    Start Date: Immediate

    Location: Red Bank, NJ

    Position Description:

    We are looking for a legal assistant with 3+ years’ experience to support 2 – 3 busy partners in our Red Bank office.  Our ideal candidate will be articulate and organized with a professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.  We require excellent verbal and written skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and typing from dictation.  Experience assisting real estate and/or land use attorneys would be a big plus.
