Mark Follender’s article, “Court Upholds Realty Transfer Exemption,” was featured on the real estate website GlobeSt.com.
The article discusses the New Jersey Tax Court matter of Mack-Cali Realty, LP, et al. vs. Clerk of Bergen County, et al., Tax Court of New Jersey Docket No. 000037-2008, whereby the Court granted Summary Judgment in favor of the Plaintiffs seeking an exemption from payment of the Realty Transfer Fee. Mark represented the Plaintiffs in this matter.
